EVENT | Carnival Sitges, Catalonia, Spain

In February whole world starts celebrating Carnival. This time everyone can become whoever wants. Do you like Capitan Jack Sparrow, Joker from Batman, Maria Antonina or maybe Wonderwoman? Everything is accepted! The more crazy costiume is gonna be better.

Last sunday me and my friends were in the most famous carnival in Catalonia. The most important event over there is Rua de la Disbauxa (Debauchery Parade) on Sunday night. In Sitges take part around 40 floats with more than 2,500 participants parade.

In schedule at the morning starts children parade and in the evening (around 8pm) the main parade, and it tooks about 3 hours.

After parade it is worth to visit some bar. All the people are still having fun this night. Who knows - maybe Edward Scisorhands will find his Kim and Han Solo filanny will dance with Princess Leia?

Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get - especially under the mask :)
